Sesame Salad with Jicama

Ingredients

One head broccoli chopped into small pieces (stems peeled and chopped into fine pieces)
2 red peppers sliced into thin strips
1 jicama peeled and then sliced thin with mandolin or knife
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1 handful sesame seeds

Dressing

1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons braggs amino acid
3 oranges (juiced)
3 lemons (juiced)
1 Tablespoon agave

Preparation

Toss salad ingredients with dressing and enjoy!
