1 frozen banana
6 large frozen strawberries
1-3 pitted dates if more sweetness desired
1 cup non-fat soy milk, rice milk or alternative milk of your choosing
Place ingredients in high-powered blender and mix well. Add more milk if blending doesn't occur easily.
