This is a great recipe for a vegan party dip. It’s a versatile tangy, tasty sauce for cooked and raw veggies, veggie burgers, and roasted or fried seitan. And it just takes a few minutes to make!

1 cup vegan sour cream
1 ½ tablespoons white horseradish
¼- ½ teaspoon Spice Island Beau Monde Seasoning (Start with ¼ teaspoon and add more to taste. )
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate. Use within a day or two.
