2 Roma Tomatoes
2 ½ Large Carrots
1 ½ Celery Stalks
½ Green Bell Pepper
1 ½ cups Thawed Frozen Peas
1 clove Garlic
1x1 inch chunk Onion
Juice everything and serve cold. Or gently warm by placing in a soup mug or bowl, then place mug/bowl in a shallow bowl of hot water. (Too much heat will destroy the nutrients. )
