½ cup Earth Balance Spread (Original)
½ cup sliced, toasted almonds
1 pound of cooked green beans or asparagus (or any other veggies that you like)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Melt Earth Balance in the frying pan. Add the almonds and brown for a minute. Add the vegetables and heat until warm. Add salt and pepper to taste.
