Are you looking for a quick and easy vegan breakfast? This smoothie is a liquid Sundae in a glass… YUM! It’s packed with Vitamin C plus some Omega 3s and protein in there.  I ended up loving this recipe so much that I’ve been eating/ drinking it for breakfast every morning!

For a raw option, make your own nut milk



1. 5 cups of unsweetened So Delicious Coconut Milk
1 packet of frozen Sambazon acai puree (unsweetened)
2 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 large ripe banana (makes it super yummy and sweet!)


Blend twice on the smoothie setting in your Vita-Mix, blender, or Blendtec, and you get a super yummy drinkable purple sundae in a glass!
